You'll have more time to work with ECON™ 60 compared to KX Flex™ 60. Approximately 30 minutes pot life, and 4 hours demould time. My go-to if I'm not in a big rush!
Excellent for use in silicone moulds from eg. IOD, Redesign, LaBlanche.
Description:
Econ™ 60 is an economical and relatively fast-curing Shore 60A polyurethane rubber. It has no odour, features a convenient 1A:1B by volume mix ratio and a low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring.
Working time is about 6 minutes and handling/demould time is 4 hours at room temperature.
Translucent clear amber colour (light passes through) makes Econ™ 60 easy to colour with SO-Strong™, or UVO™ colourants. Econ™ 60 is used to make limited run production rubber moulds, stamping pads, rubber prototype parts, rubber props and pour-in-place gaskets for industrial equipment. It is also suitable for coating fabrics.
