This is a water-based medium for Pentart's metal pigment powders, or glitter powders. It dries clear and shiny.

When mixing with the powders, you can control how thick or thin you want the metal pigment powder solution to be. It can be a paste or paint consistency depending on the proportion of Pigment Fix used.
