• After you prep your piece, use the base coat and paint.
• You may need 2 or 3 coats of the base coat. This is the grabby coat that will adhere to anything.
• Once dry, you can add a layer of the top coat. This is the coat that adds the “Bling” and really makes the colour “pop”.
